Property Transformation has a large team of builders whom we schedule to start projects the day a property is purchased. We don't waste time. Before buying a property we will have assessed the look of the house or flat and which features will be kept and which will be removed. After gutting a property we use our skill in creating beautiful spaces.

Our vision is to retain some period features while also enhancing the space. If it benefits a place to knock a wall down we will open up a room to add light. Our conversions are in harmony with the age of the property. We enhance the old and bring a modern aesthetic to houses and flats and with this kind of approach what we find is that after renovating, our properties increase in value by large percentages - sometimes in 3 months.
