We create property investment opportunities in two ways:

• Buy to Let
  The first is for an individual who wants to buy one or more properties to keep as a Buy-to-Let investment. Typically these clients have money but very little time. We find the deal for them, manage the renovation project and create an increase in equity in the property.
  
• Buy to Sell
  The second is for Property Transformation to bring pools of investors together who invest a percentage of money into a project that we are running. They get a high cash return on a short term investment. These investors are likely to want to roll their investment from one project to the next. The properties are always sold.
