Property Transformation

Property Transformation is a London based company specializing in building bespoke property portfolios. We are experts in finding period properties below market value and renovating to increase their value considerably. Combining our creative eye and the expertise of our builders, we renovate to a high standard, meet deadlines and transform properties into valuable assets. These will either be sold or kept as buy-to-let investments from which equity can be released.

We also put together short term investment projects. By creating a pool of investors we are able to purchase larger properties for a high return on initial investment.
